Hello, I’m Maria & I am so glad you are here!

You could say my love for photography started way back in third grade—yes, there are actual certificates to prove it! But it wasn’t until I became a mom that the shutterbug bit me hard. Suddenly, every messy, magical, blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment felt like something I needed to freeze in time.
In 2008, I married my best friend and began my journey as a proud Navy wife. Since then, we’ve called Texas, Florida, Virginia, South Carolina and Virginia- again, home (I’ve got the box tags to prove that too). Now, we’ve come full circle and moved back home to Texas and yes, it feels so good to be back.
My family is my foundation, and photography is the creative fire that keeps me inspired. Since 2012, I’ve been lucky enough to work with amazing clients, helping capture the laughter, love, and legacy they want to pass down.
One promise I’ve always kept? Never letting the job overshadow the joy. Every session is a new adventure, and every person I meet has their own kind of magic. To me, photography isn’t just a job—it’s living fully, loving deeply, and seeing beauty in every story I get to tell.
